The Heart of This Work…..
Hello and welcome, My name is Hailey Ternes and I am excited to share this with you. Let’s Live Regulated was created from a deep understanding of what it means to live in a chronically dysregulated nervous system—and what becomes possible when safety, regulation, and alignment are restored. This work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and a clear recognition that lasting change does not come from forcing growth, but from creating enough safety for the nervous system to reorganize naturally.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and have spent years studying emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and human behavior. While I do not work in the traditional clinical therapy model anymore, my approach is deeply informed by nervous system science, somatic awareness, and conscious coaching. This allows the work to remain both grounded and expansive—practical enough to support daily life, yet spacious enough to honor intuition, awareness, and personal truth.
My work supports men, women, teens, and young adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival patterns, or disconnected from their sense of direction. Many of the individuals I work with are sensitive, perceptive, or spiritually aware, and are seeking a way of living that feels aligned rather than reactive.
At the core of Let’s Live Regulated is a belief that regulation is the foundation for clarity, confidence, and sustainable transformation. When the nervous system feels safe, people naturally make better decisions, access their intuition, and move through life with more ease. My role is not to fix or push, but to guide, regulate, and support the conditions where alignment can emerge.
This work is calm, intentional, and efficient. It honors nervous system pacing, respects individual capacity, and prioritizes integration over urgency. Let’s Live Regulated exists to help people move from survival into regulation—and from regulation into a life that feels grounded, spacious, and true.
